Decorations can be put up as high as you can reach naturally, ladders may be used upon request. No nails, staples, paints or any other materials that may damage the facility. No open flames are allowed. No confetti, glitter, bird seed or rice in or around the building is permitted.
Endorsements need to name Ray Stratton, LLC. and The Majestic Event Center as additional insured. We must receive the certificates of insurance from your agent 30 days before your event.
Liability & Security
There is a $250 security deposit due at time of final payment, $200 of which is refundable. You are responsible for any damage to the building and additional cleaning charges if needed will be charged at $35 per hour. Security deposit will be returned within two weeks of your event, minus necessary deductions for damages or cleaning services, as required.
There are 508 public parking spaces available within a two block radius of The Majestic Event Center.
Clean Up Service Available for $300 paid in advance.
Guests are responsible for removing all decorations, trash, equipment, food, drink and personal effects immediately upon event conclusion. The Majestic Event Center will not be responsible for items left in the facility.

Food and Beverage
Home prepared foods are welcome with no extra fees. We are the exclusive caterer and beverage service. Only exclusion is Quinceneras for food.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is due when you book. The remaining balance (rental, plus security deposit, see below) is due 30 days before your event. We accept cash and check with a $40 fee for returned checks.
